Fend off the January Blues

It's January and you've run yourself ragged over Christmas, eaten your own body weight in cheese and chocolates and given up on your skincare routine or any form of self care.
Fear not!
I am here to remind you that you CAN get back on track and there's nothing wrong with deviating from the routine every once in a while, it's normal and healthy and part of life. Who gets to the end of their life and wishes they'd had less downtime?!
Step one - Stop beating yourself up
Step two - Set a date in your mind that you will restart your skincare routine. Get your pots and potions and set them out wherever you perform your morning routine. I keep mine in the bathroom by the toothbrushes.
Step three - Get cracking.
Step four- Add in your actives slowly if you've had a break. I know I'll be going easy on the Retinol for a week or so to get used to it again.
Step five - Give yourself a pat on the back for returning to normality again
